M37 Consortium Meeting

On 27–28 January 2026, partners of the Carbon4Minerals project met in Mol, Belgium for a two-day consortium meeting hosted by VITO. The meeting provided a valuable opportunity to review overall project progress, exchange technical insights, and further strengthen collaboration across the consortium.

The first day opened with a project status update, followed by partner presentations highlighting recent developments, ongoing activities, and key results. Lively discussions throughout the day underlined the consortium’s shared commitment to achieving the project’s objectives. In the afternoon, participants visited pilot installations and laboratory facilities, gaining direct insight into the experimental work supporting the project. The day concluded with a session focused on communication, dissemination, exploitation, and co-learning, and continued with a working dinner in the centre of Mol.

The second day centred on coordination, reporting, and upcoming activities, followed by a further visit to pilot facilities showcasing ongoing developments. The meeting concluded around midday after two productive days of technical exchange and strategic alignment.

The Carbon4Minerals consortium would like to thank VITO for hosting the meeting and all partners for their active participation and constructive contributions. The discussions in Mol represented an important step forward in the collective effort to deliver impactful and innovative outcomes within the Carbon4Minerals project.
